Tournament Participation

Our platform offers various sports tournaments and competitions:

• Team creation and management
• Live scoring and leaderboards
• Performance analytics and statistics

Auction System

Participate in player auctions with the following understanding:

• All bids are binding and cannot be retracted
• Payment must be completed within specified timeframes
• Auction results are final unless disputed within 24 hours
• We reserve the right to cancel auctions due to technical issues

Payments and Fees

Entry Fees

Certain tournaments and features may require payment:

• All fees are clearly displayed before payment
• Fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated
• We accept various payment methods as displayed on the platform
• All transactions are processed securely through trusted payment gateways

Winnings and Payouts

For tournaments with prize money:

• Payouts are processed within 7-14 business days after tournament completion
• Winners must provide valid tax and identity documents as required
• We may withhold payouts pending verification or investigation
• All winnings are subject to applicable taxes and fees

Prohibited Activities

You agree NOT to:

• Use the platform for any illegal purpose
• Engage in cheating, hacking, or exploiting bugs
• Create multiple accounts to gain unfair advantages
• Harass, threaten, or abuse other users
• Share or sell your account to others
• Use automated tools, bots, or scripts
• Reverse engineer or decompile the platform
• Upload malicious code or viruses
• Scrape or harvest data from the platform
• Impersonate others or misrepresent your identity

Intellectual Property

All content on this platform, including but not limited to:

• Text, graphics, logos, icons, images
• Software, code, and algorithms
• Audio, video, and multimedia content
• Design, layout, and user interface

is the property of SportsProClub or its content suppliers and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

Disclaimers

We do not warrant that:

• The platform will be uninterrupted or error-free
• Defects will be corrected
• The platform is free of viruses or harmful components
• Results or information obtained will be accurate or reliable

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SportsProClub shall not be liable for:

• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Loss of profits, revenue, data, or use
• Damages arising from unauthorized access to your account
• Damages resulting from platform downtime or technical issues
• Any damages exceeding the amount you paid to us in the past 12 months

User Content

When you post or upload content to the platform:

• You retain ownership of your content
• You grant us a license to use, display, and distribute your content
• You warrant that you own or have rights to the content
• You are responsible for any content you post
• We may remove content that violates these terms or applicable laws

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the platform. Your continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
