- Tournament cancellation by organizers
- Technical issues preventing participation
- Duplicate payments or billing errors
- Platform errors during auction or registration
- Unauthorized charges on your account
Refunds will NOT be granted for:
- Change of mind after registration
- Voluntary withdrawal from tournaments
- Poor personal performance in competitions
- Disagreement with tournament results
- Auction bids (all bids are final)
- Completed tournaments or events
- Violations of Terms of Service or Fair Play Policy

Tournament-Specific Refunds
Organizer Cancellation
If a tournament is cancelled by the organizer:
- Full refund (100%) of entry fee
- Refund processed within 5-7 business days
- Automatic refund to original payment method
- Email notification of cancellation and refund
User Withdrawal
If you withdraw from a tournament:
- More than 48 hours before start: 100% refund (minus 5% processing fee)
- 24-48 hours before start: 50% refund
- Less than 24 hours before start: No refund
- After tournament starts: No refund
Technical Disruptions
If technical issues prevent participation:
- Document the issue with screenshots/videos
- Report immediately through support channels
- Our team will investigate and determine eligibility
- Partial or full refund may be granted based on impact
Auction Refund Policy
Important: All Auction Bids are Final
By participating in auctions, you agree that:
- All bids are binding and cannot be retracted
- Winning bids must be paid in full
- No refunds for buyer's remorse
- Players purchased cannot be returned
Exceptions
Refunds for auction purchases may be granted ONLY if:
- Platform error caused incorrect bid placement
- Duplicate charges due to system glitch
- Auction cancelled by administrators
- Fraud or unauthorized account access

Processing Fees
Payment processing fees may be deducted from refunds:
- Standard Refunds: 5% processing fee (minimum ₹10)
- Platform Errors: No processing fee
- Organizer Cancellation: No processing fee
- Unauthorized Charges: No processing fee
Processing fees cover bank charges, payment gateway fees, and administrative costs.
Non-Refundable Items
The following are strictly non-refundable:
- Virtual goods, tokens, or in-game currency
- Premium features or subscriptions (unless cancelled before billing)
- Completed tournaments or events
- Custom team creation or branding services
- Advertising or promotional services
- Fees paid due to policy violations or bans
Chargebacks
Warning: Initiating a chargeback instead of contacting us may result in:
- Immediate account suspension
- Ban from future tournaments and events
- Forfeiture of any winnings or prizes
- Legal action for fraudulent chargebacks
Always contact our support team first before initiating a chargeback.
Dispute Resolution
If your refund request is denied and you disagree:
- Review the denial reason carefully
- Gather additional supporting evidence
- Submit an appeal to: appeals@sportsproclub.com
- Appeals reviewed by senior management
- Final decision communicated within 7-10 business days
