At SportsProClub, we are committed to creating a fair, honest, and enjoyable environment for all participants. This Fair Play Policy outlines our expectations for behavior and the consequences for violations.

Expected Behavior

Players and Participants

• Compete fairly and honestly at all times
• Respect opponents, teammates, officials, and spectators
• Follow all tournament rules and platform guidelines
• Report any suspicious or unfair behavior
• Accept decisions made by officials and administrators
• Maintain a positive and supportive attitude
• Protect your account credentials and don't share them

Team Owners and Organizers

• Create a fair and inclusive environment
• Make transparent and unbiased decisions
• Communicate clearly with all participants
• Address issues promptly and fairly
• Lead by example in demonstrating fair play

Prohibited Conduct

Cheating and Exploitation

• Match Fixing: Deliberately losing or manipulating match outcomes
• Collusion: Secret cooperation to gain unfair advantages
• Hacking: Using unauthorized software or exploiting bugs
• Multi-Accounting: Creating multiple accounts to circumvent rules
• Bot Usage: Using automated programs to play or bid
• Score Manipulation: Falsifying or tampering with scores

Harassment and Abuse

• Verbal Abuse: Insulting, threatening, or harassing others
• Hate Speech: Using discriminatory or offensive language
• Bullying: Intimidating or targeting other users
• Spam: Sending unwanted or repetitive messages
• Impersonation: Pretending to be another user or official

Financial Misconduct

• Fraud: Using stolen payment methods or false information
• Chargebacks: Disputing legitimate charges
• Account Selling: Buying or selling accounts
• Prize Manipulation: Attempting to unfairly claim prizes

Reporting Violations

If you witness or experience any violation of our Fair Play Policy:

• Report it immediately through our platform's reporting system
• Provide as much detail and evidence as possible
• Do not engage with or retaliate against violators
• Allow our team time to investigate thoroughly
• All reports are treated confidentially

Investigation Process

When a violation is reported, we follow this process:

1. Report Review: Initial assessment within 24 hours
2. Evidence Gathering: Collection of logs, screenshots, and witness statements
3. Investigation: Thorough review by our Fair Play team
4. Decision: Determination of violation and appropriate action
5. Notification: Communication of decision to involved parties
6. Appeal: Opportunity to appeal within 7 days

Penalties and Consequences

Violations may result in the following penalties, depending on severity:

Moderate (e.g., harassment, account sharing)	7-day suspension	30-day suspension + prize forfeit

Severe (e.g., match fixing, fraud, hacking)	Permanent ban + legal action	N/A

Additional Consequences

• Forfeiture of tournament entry fees
• Disqualification from ongoing tournaments
• Removal from leaderboards and rankings
• Ban from future tournaments and events
• Legal action for severe violations (fraud, hacking, etc.)
• Reporting to law enforcement when applicable

Appeals Process

If you believe a penalty was issued in error, you may appeal:

• Submit an appeal within 7 days of the decision
• Provide new evidence or context not previously considered
• Appeals are reviewed by a different team member
• Decision on appeal is final and binding
• Appeals for severe violations (hacking, fraud) are rarely overturned

For a Positive Experience:

• Read and understand all tournament rules before participating
• Communicate respectfully with all users
• Report technical issues promptly
• Keep your software and browser updated
• Secure your account with a strong password
• Don't share personal information in public chats
• Take breaks if you feel frustrated or upset
• Remember: it's just a game, have fun!
